Once created, Make for Stock records can be amended at any time, and many of their details can be changed.
Maintain Repeat Make for Stock Records
Open: Cim200 Planning > Make for Stock > Maintain Repeat Make for Stock Record
Type or select the MFS reference to amend or view.
Or
Open: Cim200 Planning > Make for Stock List View
In the Make for Stock List, select one of the MFS records in the series you want to maintain, then select the Maintain Repeat Record button above the list view.
To amend one record in the series:
- Highlight the line to amend (do not use the selection box), then click Amend.
- Make required changes to the MFS records details.
- Click Save to save the changes.
- The changes made will show in the list of Repeat MFS records.
To amend multiple records in the series:
- Tick the selection box on each line of the series to be amended; or use the Select All button to tick every line in the series.
- Click the Amend Selected button to make amendments to the selected line(s).
- Make any required changes to the MFS record details.
- Click Save to save changes to all selected records.
- The changes made will show in the list of Repeat MFS records.
