Cancelling Make for Stock records does not delete them, but the Demand Schedule will not consider them.
Once a Make for Stock record has been cancelled it cannot be amended any further.
To cancel Make for Stock records
Open: Cim200 Planning > Make for Stock > Cancel Make for Stock Record
In the Reference field, type or select the MFS reference to cancel. Click below to add any further MFS records to cancel, then select Mark As Cancelled.
Or
Open: Cim200 Planning > Make for Stock List View
In the Make for Stock List View, select the MFS records to cancel, then select Cancelled. Click OK to confirm cancellation.
Or
In the Make for Stock List View, select the MFS records to cancel, then click Cancel Multiple.
- To add another MFS record for cancellation, click below the existing cancellation line(s) and in the Reference field type or select the MFS reference.
- Click Mark As Cancelled.
Cancelled MFS records will stay on the Make for Stock List view with status Cancelled.
