Cancelling Sales Forecasts does not delete them, but the Demand Schedule will not consider them.
Once a Sales Forecast has been cancelled it cannot be amended any further.
Cancel Sales Forecasts
Open: Cim200 Planning > Sales Forecasts > Cancel Sales Forecast Records
In the Reference field, type or select the reference of the Sales Forecast to cancel. Click below to add any further Sales Forecasts to cancel, then select Mark As Cancelled.
Or
Open: Cim200 Planning > Sales Forecast List View
In the Sales Forecast List view, select the Sales Forecast(s) to cancel, then select Cancelled. Click OK to confirm cancellation.
Or
In the Sales Forecast List View, select the Sales Forecast(s) to cancel, then select Cancel Multiple.
- To add another Sales Forecast for cancellation, click below the existing cancellation line(s) and in the Reference field type or select the Sales Forecast reference.
- Click Mark As Cancelled.
Cancelled Sales Forecast records will stay on the Sales Forecast List view with status Cancelled.
