When a Demand Schedule or MRP refresh is started, a flag is set in the database to prevent the refresh being run again at the same time. When the refresh is complete, the flag is cleared ready for the next refresh.
Refreshing the Demand Schedule and MRP are both large processes that require a lot of computing resource and can take several hours to complete.
If something happens during a refresh which prevents it completing, such as the machine hangs or loses network connection, or the user crashes it out, the flag is not cleared, and Sage believes the refresh is still running.
Use this screen to confirm that the Demand Schedule or MRP refresh is no longer running, to clear the flag and allow a new refresh to be started.
