Selecting multiple Works Orders

You can use Works Order Trial Kitting to check whether there is sufficient component stock to build your Works Orders. It identifies and displays any potential shortages.

When Trial Kitting Works Orders, use the Select Multiple button to add more than one Works Order at a time to the list.

 

Trial Kitting Works Orders

 

Open: Works Orders > Works Order List

  • Select the works order(s) you want Trial Kit.
  • Select the Trial Kitting button above the list view.

From the menu:

Open: Cim200 Works Orders > Enquiries > Trial Kitting

 

Adding Multiple Works Orders

 

1. Click the Select Multiple button. The Select Multiple Works Orders window appears.

2. Select the items to display in the list:

  • Select All to display all orders.
  • Select Filter by Bill of Materials to filter the list by BOM.
    • Enter a wildcard search in the Reference or Description box, if required.

Note: If you enter a value in both boxes, both must be found for the BOM record to be displayed in the list.

  • Select Filter by Product Group to filter the list by the product group of the built item.
    • Select the Product Group to show only Works Orders in the group.

2. Click Display to display the selected items in the list.

3. Select the Works Orders in the list.

4. Click OK
