Allocations/ Issues

When a Works Order is created, the component details are copied from the components on the Bill of Materials for the built item.

Use this screen to view details of allocations and/or issues that have been performed against each component.

 

Viewing component Allocations and Issues

Open: Works Orders > Works Orders List

  • In the Works Orders List, select the order you want view.
  • Select the View button above the list view.

From the menu:

Open: Cim200 Works Orders > Enquiries > View Works Order

  • Select the order to view.

1. Select a component line and click Allocations / Issues.

  • For non-traceable items, the View Component Details for… window appears.
  • For traceable items, the View Traceable Component Details for… window appears.

2. From the Allocations area, details of all the component’s current allocations are listed, warehouse and bin location, allocation date, quantity, and the batch or serial numbers for traceable items.

3. Select Issues to view issue details of all the component’s issues to the order.
