Use the Suggest Qtys option to allocate component quantities according to the quantity you plan to build, or to allocate as much stock as possible.
1. Ensure the tick box is ticked and select Suggest Qty from the drop-down list.
2. Enter the quantity of the finished item you want to allocate stock for and click OK to confirm.
3. Alternatively, select As much as possible to allocate as much component stock as possible, up to the quantity required of each component.
4. Click OK to continue.
5. The quantities in the Allocate Now column are updated accordingly.
