Adding Component to Works Order stock issue

Open: Works Orders > Works Order List

  • Select the works order to issue.
  • Select the Issue Stock button above the list view.

From the menu:

Open: Works Orders > Processing > Issue Stock

  • Select the Works Order Number from the drop-down list.

 

1. Click Add Component.

  • The Add Component window appears.

2. Select the component you want to add from the Product Code drop-down list.

3. Enter the quantity required.

Note: The quantity must be valid for the stocked unit of the item. If not, it is automatically adjusted to the nearest appropriate value.

4. To add the component to the screen, click Add.

  • The component is added to the stock issues list for the works order and can be issued.

Column Selection

Whilst adding components to a Works Order, to assist in finding the component to add, the columns of data on screen can be configured using the Column Selection button.

Changes to the columns will be remembered.

Changes made by a user will not affect any other user.

Open: Works Orders > Works Order List

  • Select the works order to issue.
  • Select the Issue Stock button above the list view.

From the menu:

Open: Works Orders > Processing > Issue Stock

  • Select the Works Order Number from the drop-down list.

 

1. Click Add Component.

  • The Add Component window appears.

2. Click Column Selection.

  • The Column Selection window appears.

3. The list of Available Columns is available on the left side. The list of optional Selected Columns is visible on the right side.

4. To add a column to the Add Component screen, select it on the left list and click the right arrow . This adds it to the right side. Repeat for any further columns.

5. To remove a column from the Add Component screen, select it on the right list and click the left arrow. This moves it back to the left side.

6. The order that the columns are added from top to bottom will dictate the order they appear on the list from left to right. To configure the order, use the up and down arrows to move a field up and down the list, either one place up/down or straight to the top/bottom.

7. To complete the changes, click Confirm.
