Use the Suggest Qtys option to issue component quantities according to the quantity you plan to build, or to issue as much stock as possible.
Using Suggest Qtys
1. Ensure the tick box is ticked and select Suggest Qty from the drop-down list.
- The Suggest Qtys window appears.
2. Enter the quantity of the finished item you want to issue stock for and click OK to confirm.
- The order will be issued as much as possible to meet what is required to make the entered quantity.
3. Alternatively, select As much as possible to issue as much component stock as possible, up to the quantity required of each component.
4. Click OK to continue.
5. The quantities in the Issue Now column are updated accordingly.
