Memos

Open: Works Orders > Utilities > File Maintenance > Archived Works Order List

  • Select the View button above the list view.
    • Click on the Memo tab

Or from the menu:

Open: Cim200 Works Orders > Enquiries > View Archived Works Order

  • Enter the Works Order number
  • Click on the Memo tab

The Memo tab is used to add notes about the works order; for example, specific instructions which you would like to print on documents. The notes can be made in rich text format.

View a memo

  1. Select the memo from the list.
  2. Click View Memo.
  3. Click Close to close the screen.
