The working week settings are used in both the Planning and Works Order module. This screen enables you to tell the system what hours your business works and is used to schedule works orders and purchase order dates.
To configure your working week, tick which days your business operates, along with a start time, working hours and non-working hours. Working hours are those hours in which your business is ‘working’, non-working hours include things such as lunch breaks, tea breaks etc.
For example, if your business hours were 8am-5pm with a half hour lunch break, and 2 x 15 minute tea breaks each day, you would enter your start time as 08:00:00 for each day you were open, set the working hours to 8 and the non-working hours to 1.
