Viewing a Quotation Record

With the relevant access rights, users will be able to View Quotations regardless of Status and no amendments will be possible.

Once a quotation has progressed to a Sales/Pro-Forma Order, Cancelled or Marked as Lost, you can no longer amend the quotation. The Status of the Quotation will show as ‘Won’, ‘Cancelled’ or ‘Lost’ and the Amend feature will be greyed out.
