Customers & Suppliers

The Customer & Supplier modules provide you with the ability to create and manage customer and supplier accounts.

Credit control is an essential part of any business and helps you to effectively manage your cash flow and avoid late payments and bad debts. The customer credit control options make it easy to manage your outstanding debtors, and the same functionality is available for your suppliers too.

Record and process invoices, payments and receipts quickly and simply from intuitive, easy to use screens.

Sales

When processing your sales orders, it's vital that you can easily track orders, manage stock and make amendments when needed. The Sales orders module in Sage 50 Accounts Professional gives you the flexibility you need when creating, editing and updating your orders.

Purchasing

The Purchase orders module provides you with all of the functions needed to produce quick and accurate purchase orders for products and services from suppliers.

You can also use features to record deliveries, update stock and record invoices. This feature helps you to get to grips with your purchasing.

Products & Services

Use the Products and services module to create and maintain product records. Keep track of your company's stock on hand and the availability of your products and services.

Value stock and keep a track of movements using out of the box reports.

Projects

The Projects module provides the features you need to maintain accurate details about projects and helps to track and evaluate the costs incurred.

Using the Projects module, you can enter and monitor all of the costs associated with a project. This means you know exactly how much it costs your business to complete a project, and how much to charge your customer to ensure that your business makes a profit. You can avoid costly overruns by tracking expenditure, and you can also track non-profitable or in-house projects.

Fixed Assets

To help you record details of company assets, their value and any depreciation, you can create fixed asset records. By doing this you can keep track of what your company assets are actually worth, which is an important part of accurately valuing your company.

The Fixed Assets feature shows all fixed assets, together with cost, depreciation and book value information.

From here you can also manage disposal of assets and produce asset reports.

VAT

The VAT module contains all of the features available to help you comply with VAT obligations in the UK and Ireland and is MTD (Making Tax Digital) compliant.

You can use the VAT Return to calculate your VAT Return figures automatically at the end of your VAT period. These figures may be analysed by drilling down on the boxes of the return, and reconciled against a range of supporting VAT Reports. You can then submit the return electronically to HMRC.

Nominal & Bank

The Nominal codes module is where you can view and customise the records that represent different types of income, expenditure, assets and liabilities for your business.

Produce tailored Profit & Loss, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet reports, all drillable down to specific transactions, giving you a clear overview of your business performance.

Within the Bank Accounts module, keep track of your bank position, cashflow forecast and utilise bank feeds to make reconciling a breeze.
