Hello and welcome to the August edition of the CIM Support newsletter.

I hope you are all enjoying the lovely weather and are managing to keep cool on the very hot days!

Having reviewed the support calls received during July 2022 we have found that the help guides below were the most common topics.

Report of the Month

Purchase Ledger on Hold Report

This report shows you a list of supplier accounts that are currently on hold.

Please click here for an example of the report.

If you would like this added to your Sage200 software please let us know.

Sage Support Guides

User Login Status

There may be occasions when you are disconnected from the system. For example, this may happen if you lose internet access, or if your PC shuts down unexpectedly. In such cases, Sage 200 can record this as a ‘disconnected’ login. The Login status shows as Disconnected.

Data integrity

You can check the integrity of various aspects of the system:

  • Financial statements
  • Balance on your accounts
  • Setup of stock items and associated units of measure

With Financial Year End fast approaching, did you know

that the CIM Support Desk can assist with a back-up of your live data and create a new company (if required) free of charge? 

If you would like to take advantage of this, all we ask is that we are given a minimum of two working days’ notice to schedule it in. 

Please note this only applies to one data set, multiple data sets would be chargeable and have a longer lead time.
