What does the X mean?

Throughout Cim50 you may see a red cross while processing, the reason for the red cross and can be seen by hovering over it with the mouse.

Adding a user

Prior to a new user starting there are several steps that must be followed to allow them to access Cim50.

This guide assumes Sage 50cloud Accounts and Cim50 have already been installed/licenced and configured on the machine.

Stock Code ‘X’ has been deleted from Sage 50c

The overnight Cimi data checks show the following message.

‘Error Stock Code has been deleted from Sage 50 accounts’.

This will occur if a stock item has been deleted in Sage 50 rather than Cim50.
