The CIM Support newsletter has been put together to collate all supports calls from our customers and partners throughout the month. This gives us the insight required to suggest suitable resources to hopefully assist you in your day to day processing.
Having reviewed the support calls received during December 2021 we have found that the help guides below were the most common topics.
Sage 50 Accounts
If you make a mistake when posting a transaction in Sage 50cloud Accounts, it’s easy to go back and edit, delete, reverse, or unallocate the transaction.
Keeping your accounts tidy speeds up processing by removing old records and also reduces the size of your data files.
This guide explains how to record corporation tax in Sage 50cloud Accounts.
After installing Cim50 on a machine when loading SFDC for the first time you will receive a message for system configuration. To configure the SFDC client you will need to enter your Cim50 share path into the Cim50 share path or click the browse button to browse to the Cim50 share location.
On occasions Cim50 users can become stuck logged in to the system, even though the user is not physically logged in. You can now clear the user from Cim50 in a similar way you would Accounts.
This guide assumes you have the Manager username setup as a Cim50 user.
This message will appear when trying to update delivery notes to invoices from the update delivery notes to invoice screen in Cim50.
