Hello and welcome to the June edition of the CIM Support newsletter.
Are you looking forward to the long weekend for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee? Praying for sunshine so we can all enjoy our festivities. I’m thinking afternoon tea, BBQ’s and Pimms o’clock!
Having reviewed the support calls received during May 2022 we have found that the help guides below were the most common topics.
Also available to all Sage 200cloud users is Report of the Month.

Sage Support Guides
This guide explains how to resolve an error which appears in Sage 200 Standard suggesting a user is logged into the software when they aren’t.
Issue when posting a nominal link.
Nominal link no longer posts after upgrading from Sage 200 2011 to Sage 200 and you receive the following error.
‘Sage Line 100 for Windows Cannot find Sage Line 100 for Windows directory setting in Sv4win.ini file.’
This message indicates the new nominal link components have not yet been installed.
To resolve please follow steps below.
With Financial Year End fast approaching, did you know
that the CIM Support Desk can assist with a back-up of your live data and create a new company (if required) free of charge?
If you would like to take advantage of this, all we ask is that we are given a minimum of two working days’ notice to schedule it in.
Please note this only applies to one data set, multiple data sets would be chargeable and have a longer lead time.
We hope these guides will be of assistance, however, if you wish to discuss these further, please contact the support team by clicking the button at the bottom of this newsletter.
