Sage 200 Professional – Compatibility Checker for Sage 200 Suite

Check if Sage 200 Professional is compatible with various platforms and components.

You must ensure that prior to any installation of Sage 200 Professional and its associated modules, you have checked the software you are installing is tested and supported on the platform on which it will reside.

Sage 200 – Sales Orders showing a reference beginning with a hash

If you are missing a sales order from the Sales Order list or find that stock has been allocated to an order you can’t see, it is possible that it is a hashed order.

This generally happens when processing if the system has crashed and hasn’t been able to give the order a number which is the process it goes through when saving. You may see these hashed orders when other users are processing which is completely normal. Information on this issue in the Sage 200 software.

With Financial Year End fast approaching, did you know that the CIM Support Desk can assist with a back-up of your live data and create a new company (if required) free of charge?

If you would like to take advantage of this, all we ask is that we are given a minimum of two working days’ notice to schedule it in.

Please note this only applies to one data set, multiple data sets would be chargeable and have a longer lead time.

We hope these guides will be of assistance, however, if you wish to discuss these further, please contact the support team by clicking the button at the bottom of this newsletter.
