Hello and welcome to the October edition of the CIM Support newsletter.
The CIM Support newsletter has been put together to collate all supports calls from our customers and partners throughout the month. This gives us the insight required to suggest suitable resources to hopefully assist you in your day to day processing.
Having reviewed the support calls received during September 2021 we have found that the help guides below were the most common topics.
Sage 50 Accounts
If you make a mistake when posting a transaction in Sage 50 Accounts, it’s easy to go back and edit, delete, reverse or unallocate the transaction.
This guide explains how to setup, manage and delete users in Sage 50 Accounts v27 and above. This also includes setting up Remote Data Access, as well as controlling what areas of the software they have access to.
This guide take you through applying email settings to your Sage 50 Accounts documents using the Email Drafts module. Whether this is for Microsoft Outlook or a Webmail provider such as Gmail or Yahoo.
On occasions Cim50 users can become stuck logged in to the system, even though the user is not physically logged in. You can now clear the user from Cim50 in a similar way you would Accounts.
If when logging into Cim50 you can see that MRP has not run over night as expected there are several steps you need to follow to resolve the issue.
If you have migrated from Sage Manufacturing, then the unit of sale on the stock item in Sage 50cloud Accounts will have been migrated as the “Stock Unit of Measure” on the stock item in Cim50.
We hope these guides will be of assistance, however, if you wish to discuss these further, please contact the support team by clicking the button at the bottom of this newsletter.
