We have released a hotfix for Cim50 – v2024.1.3.

This will be automatically downloaded and applied to each site running v2024.1.

Bill of Materials – Resolves an issue where the updating of labour resources via the BOM Resources > Update functionality causes the labour cost on operations to be incorrect where the resource utilises multiple people.

SFDC – Resolves an issue which causes SFDC to crash if receiving a purchase order into a location containing and apostrophe.

SFDC – Resolves an issue where part despatching the same order multiple times on the same day will result the in the despatched quantity on the sales order to only reflect the earliest despatch that day.

SFDC – Resolves an issue where a foreign currency purchase order receipt causes the last cost price to be updated with the foreign unit price rather than the base unit price.

Stock Control – Resolves an issue where Settlement Terms & Discount are not pulled through onto an Invoice generated via a Cim50 Despatch. Note: They are now pulled through to the invoice where the invoice contains a single delivery note which only contains a single sales order.

Works Orders – Resolves an issue where backflushing traceable items with alternate units of measure can cause the quantity issued to the works order to display incorrectly.

Works Orders – Resolves an issue where the expected subcontract cost would be calculated incorrectly when using a subcontract supplier with whom you trade in a different currency than your base currency.

Imports – Resolved  an issue where importing stock records would only process items which already existed when both new and updated items were in the same import spreadsheet

If we determine that additional training is needed beyond what the support desk can provide, your Account Manager, Juuso Santti, will reach out to discuss your specific requirements

Reports & Layout Amendments:

All report and layout amendments are reviewed by software support. For minor changes, we will make the necessary adjustments or provide guidance to the customer. However, in the case of major changes or the creation of new reports/layouts that require substantial input from our Consultancy team, we will provide a detailed quotation. Once we receive an order, we will confirm the date for the commencement of work.

Meet the Team

The Support Team at CIM is made up of five permanent members whose skillset covers Sage 50 Accounts, Cim50 Manufacturing, Sage 200, Cim200 Manufacturing, Sage CRM and Swan software. We also provide support for third party add-ons, such as Draycir (Spindle), Eureka and Sicon.

Spotlight on James

James has been working at CIM since November 2011 and has spent most of his time on the support desk apart from a period with the Consultancy Team. James has fantastic customer service skills, has knowledge of all products and is proficient in troubleshooting problems with Spindle. Outside of work, James has rediscovered his love of the gym and enjoys socialising with friends and family.
